The first sweater I received had some bad stitching at the pocket area. I emailed CS and nothing for several days. I sent another email with my disappointment in their no response policy. Several days later they responded saying they are sending a replacement with a return label. I'm guessing they are behind with emails and calls. Mathews CS has always taken care of the situation, whether with my bow or branded goods.
And the sweater is the warmest I have ever owned. Really great on these cold windy days at the range. It is quality material, $69 worth is the question.
