RETURN POLICY
Mathews will accept returns or exchanges on items with their original hangtags intact and in new condition within 14 days of original invoice date on items purchased directly from https://mathewsinc.com. Please contact our ecommerce email at orders@mathewsinc.com or call 608.366.3256 for a Return Authorization number. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being given.
1. Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible. All items need to be returned in new condition to ensure that you receive credit.
Make sure any old labels on the shipping box are either covered or taken off the outside of the packaging. This ensures that the label you use to return the items is the one read by the shipping company.
2. Please write the RA# on the outside of the package.
3. Package should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS). We are unable to accept COD. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
