Received my new string package from the factory about 2 days after ordering it. During their replacement at Ross Outdoors, they also discovered that my lower cam bearing was on the verge of total failure. Mathews also replaced this in a matter of days, free of charge, as part of their bow warranty! One reason why I have trusted Mathews for the past 14 years!
