The sight cartridge fits into the housing well, is easy to change, and works well. I like it much better than the five pin configuration. My only negatives are I wish it came in a .010 pin size.(.015 are OK, but I prefer the .010 size.) My second negative is price. Honestly, as much as I like Matthew‘s products, $150 plus for a plastic three pin sight cartridge Is way overpriced. Matthews makes great accessories, but they have gotten ridiculous on their price. At some point, it just becomes too much to pay.
