Very disappointing that I have reached out to Mathew, no response.

Very disappointing that I have reached out to Mathews over 2 week ago with no response about my purchase of the new Angled Bridge-lock Stabilizer that I cannot get to work on my Lift bow . I have sent an email that shows pics of my issues. I have been a strict user of Mathews bows since my MQ1.
