Lifetime Warranty

This warranty applies to both Mathews and Mission bows (collectively, “Our,” “We,” and “Us”). All terms and obligations described here apply equally to eligible Mathews and Mission products unless otherwise specified.

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR BOW

Bows covered by the Mathews Limited Lifetime Warranty must be registered within three (3) months of purchasing and are warranted only to the Original Registered Owner.  Warranty claims made by someone other than the Original Registered Owner will not be covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for Bows that were not registered within three (3) months of purchasing.

STEP 2: Contact A Retailer

We work directly with Authorized Retailers on all warranty claims. You must process a warranty claim through an Authorized Retailer. You can use our Retailer Locator to find and contact a retailer to help you initiate your claim.

STEP 3: Order Fulfillment

Working directly with the expert bow technicians at our independent retailers ensures both the quality and speed to which your claim is resolved. We will provide any necessary parts or instructions, and they will contact you as soon as your bow is repaired. Please note: Authorized Retailers may charge for service work that accompanies warranty fulfillment.

Mathews® ARCHERY Limited Lifetime Warranty

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR BOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY.

Our  bows are manufactured in the United States with high quality materials by expert craftsmen. We build our bows to last a lifetime, and we offer a warranty that supports this. To be eligible for the Mathews Limited Lifetime Warranty you must:

  1. Purchase your Bow from an Authorized  Retailer;
  2. Register your Bow either through an Authorized Retailer or online; and
  3. Initiate your warranty claim through an Authorized Retailer.

BOW REGISTRATION

Bows covered by the Mathews Limited Lifetime Warranty must be purchased at an Authorized  Retailer and are warranted only to the Original Registered Owner. Warranty claims made by someone other than the Original Registered Owner will not be covered under this warranty. You can register your bow through your Authorized  Retailer or through our website at: mathewsinc.com/pages/bow-registration.

Registration allows us to communicate important information about your bow directly to you, including safety notices and recall information. Failure to register may result in you not receiving these important communications directly.

We reserve the right to require additional information, such as proof of purchase, to verify warranty eligibility requirements. We also reserve the right to deny warranty claims for Bows that do not meet these requirements.

What is Covered

Bows covered by the Mathews Limited Lifetime Warranty are warranted to the Original Registered Owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for the following exclusions. This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, improper use, dry fires, alteration, accidents, tampering, improper storage, or negligence. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, chips, dings, scratches, or wear of the finish or consumable parts caused by normal use. Improper use can include the use of unauthorized servicing equipment, e.g., non-OEM parts. Consumable parts include the string, cables, rubber string suppressors, Monkey Tails®, String Grubs, and dampers. Any alterations to the bow, including cosmetic refinishing, voids any and all warranties, written or implied.

At our sole discretion, any damage not covered under this warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and fee will be charged for shipping.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We reserve the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts or custom color/camo patterns.
