if i were a little younger i'd go for the 80# limbs but at 60 it's all i can do to pull 70#. i was hoping to get alittle extra speed with the conversion and maybe turn down the pondage a bit. i've only started shooting a compond a little over a year ago and shot a recurve when i was in my teens hunting with my dad. my son got me started shooting 3d shoots.
