See if this doesn't get your mouth watering Brown Sugar Emeril's original essence Honey JACK DANIELS HONEY WHISKY (watch those taste testers) Liquid Smoke if cooking in oven Ribs or whatever pork you want to use set oven to 375 Cook time estimated 45 min to 1 hour mix seasoning and Brown Sugar I like mine to be about 1 part sugar to 1/4 part seasoning you should get a good strong seasoning smell and the Brown Sugar will not be clumping up. in a deep plate poor 1/8 cup of honey and two table spoons of whisky mix so honey is syrupy but not thick. forgot Aluminum foil you will want to use enough so you can close up the foil to make a lid then later open it up to let the glaze caramelize. Roll your ribs in the honey then in your seasoning place on foil close together. Add liquid Smoke if you wish cook for 30 minutes and open top of foil spoon glaze juice back on top of ribs and cook 15 to 30 minutes more depending on size of ribs, you can spoon glaze juice more than once or earlier in cook time for a thicker glaze on ribs.
