after talking with bob jenkins about this issue, this is what i found. there have been changes made to the creed cam which are on the creed xs cam and will be put on the creed when inventory of originals are gone. these changes are use of top hats over the bearings and teflon bushings between them and the limbs along with a bit more material in the cam itself. the buzz is coming from the slight misalignment of the cam in the limbs. on the original cam, there is a shim on one side of the cam under the bearing that can be switched to the opposite side by pushing out the bearings and reinstalling to improve alignment. it will be under the bearing that sticks out further in the cam. there are also .020,.040 and .060" shims that can be gotten from dealer to fine tune this process.( by the way, this is the only cam that bearings can be removed without damage.) there is no difference in cam profile(draw curve) between original and xs cam, so, xs cam can also be a fix for the issue, which is going into the line at the factory anyway.
