Happy holidays everybody, I hope the hunting is going well for everyone. I am a long time lurker and finally decided to make an account. I'm relatively new to archery. I started doing my own work this year so I'm pretty versed in everything so far. One thing I do not own is a bow scale which I need to get. So before I waste my gas and go to the nearest dealer (hour away) I have a question. I'm debating on lowering my Switchback 70lb limbs to 60lbs. I backed out the limb bolts 5 turns which is the minimum the manual recommends. Now I LOVE how easy it is to draw but it sure does seem lower than 60. My question is if you back it out 5 turns on each limb does it go lower than 60 because it seems almost too easy to draw back. I'm not wanting to go below specs that the limbs were rated for. Thanks in advance everyone.
