The cables do look close especially using a high profile vane like a Bohning Blazer. I have a question for you, what is the center shot measurement or from the wall of the riser to the center of the shaft what does it measure? It typically should be in the range of 13/16" and some cases more and some less. If this is too close the vane contact could happen. I also turn my shafts in so the top vane is at 1:00 and that allows the inside vane to clear the cables and the rest. Some turn it to the 11:00 side for clearance. Hope this is some help.
