If it weren’t for the people and Modson this forum, I’d have given up long ago …almost did, but stuck around long enough to see most of the really bad implementation and flaws corrected. AT has a much easier, user friendly, no whistles and bells forum, but its the crowd of fan-boys, antagonists, nay-sayers, and general troublemakers, often giving ‘newbies’ incredibly bad advise, so bad I take it as intentional, and a lack of Mod supervision, which keeps my use of AT to a minimum … mostly just reading and looking for the respected posters, like Nuts&Bolts, Daniel Boone, X-Ring, etc.
I'm in agreement with you about this forum. I said it before there are several other forums I'm on that are a walk in the park and some have some bells and whistles. It's easy to compare this forum to those other forums and they are better without question. This Forum has so gradually changed for the better but it still is childish compared to the others. There are too many good forum, as examples, out there for this one to be in the shape it's in. I don't blame the folks that left. And with the crazies on AT, I hardly comment on there. Most of the comments and ideas on threads there are a hoot. I'm more looking at the AT stuff for sale. Anymore I just glance done through it and occasionally see what Bows are being sold to get an idea on pricing and what seems to be on the market especially the brand new ones. Always wonder about why those brand new bows are for sale? I hope this thread is being understood by the powers who control it as a strong hint that its approval rating is like the House of Representative right now. Truly!
