The True Fire releases have a reputation of being "more economical" which they are. Their newest 2013 line has a model called the Hardcore 4 Finger with a wrist lanyard. When I seen it in the shop, looked it over, and shot it a few times, I brought one home with me. Its got lots of bells and whistles, 3 position trigger pressure adjustment (6, 30, and 50 ounces), a trigger travel (or creep) adjustment, the trigger its self has a "cam" design where it can be rotated to fit a pressure point on your thumb that you like, and has a d-loop guard if you choose to hang it on the d-loop instead of using the lanyard. The lanyard is adjustable and removeable if you choose to not use it. I'm liking this release very much after 5 days of shooting it. The middle pressure setting is my sweet spot, the 6 ounce setting is a little too light for my comfort in a hunting situation. I am fine with it on targets, but I could sure imagine bumping that thing on the draw cycle on a big ol buck and sailing one off a mountain somewhere....LOL!
