To get cam lean on a MR7 is rather difficult over night and something had to change in the limbs or cables or cams/shafts. I’m not a tech so it’s interesting to see what happened if it is cam lean. I’d be checking my limbs for any show of a crack that weakened them. Did you take a straight edge and lay it up on the cams to see it? Do you have a draw board to see it when you have it at full draw? Next things I’d be doing is taking it in to the a warranty dealer to inspect it. If it is something like weaken limbs then it should be under a warranty if you are the original owner.
I know. That is what is throwing me off and I cannot figure out what has changed. I've gone over the limbs with cotton balls and cannot find any cracks whatsoever. I checked the cam by laying a straight edge along the cams. By the time I get to my dloop there is 3/4" of space for each cam. Going to go over all the cables and roller guard tonight to look for anything unusual. I am going to pull the axles and cams tonight. I am wondering if something has bent or broke although and the bearing/bushings are sealed on Mathews cams I believe so I am not sure what I might see. Short of finding anything I am going to have to take it into the shop. My fear is that they say new limbs and limb pockets and I am the second owner...no warranty. I will update this thread as more information becomes available.
