I played around with it, made a few adjustments by your recommendations, I'm shooting tight groups at 10, 20, and 30 yards right now, but still looks like the vanes are hitting the rest. I notice that the mark on the thumbwheel passes the one on the rest at full draw, so I think I'll have to take it to the shop so they can press it and adjust the length of the rest cable.
