Broiled Shrimp Linguine 1-1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, cleaned 1/4 c olive oil 1/4 c white wine 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp parsley 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper 1/8 tsp oregano salt & pepper to taste 3 tsp fresh breadcrumbs Linguine Combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Pour into a shallow baking pan in a single layer and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Broil 7" from heat for 6-7 minutes. I also add asparagus pieces to the mix before adding to the cooked pasta. I just lay the asparagus out in a jellyroll pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Broil for 6-7 min.
