Down to 198! hoping to hit 194 by the opener 5 weeks away. This has really been a fun journey getting back into shape and I encourage all of you out there to get back at it, or start new if you never where. The 3 exercises that I do primarily are: Squats, dead lifts and pull ups. I'm really trying to work my core muscles to make my hunting easier and safer. I'm not 25 anymore and I don't hang out in bars so I really don't care about big pipes, but rolling around on the floor with my kids and reminding myself that I'll have to wrestle them when I'm 55 is quiet motivating!
