I started working out the end of January over my lunch hour. I started at 211 and would like to see 194 (That's the most the bmi "says" I should weigh). Portion control has been huge and I've pretty much killed my sugar habit. I've also quite coffee and seldom have a diet pop anymore. It tell you what that sure levels out my energy during the day. I used to have such peaks and valleys I think I drove people crazy! I wanted to do all of this because I went out for my last bow hunt and couldn't believe my struggle to walk a 1/4 mile through the snow!
