Wow, I cant believe some of the numbers you all are putting up....
I am not an overweight guy by any means but I am definitely lazy which is causing me to get a little "soft".
I sarted running at the gym this week and I hope within a month I will be in good enough shape to get to any of my stands without breaking a sweat. Now I just have to get my dad going. Maybe I should tell him to cut out pop to start, alot of you seemed to see results after trying that. Keep it up guys-girls this is truly amazing stuff!
