Im right at 6' and 195 right now. I really don't care to lose any weight, but I do need to get my butt in gear and start lifting weights again and running. The strength is what I am looking to achieve here and just being in better shape. I've come to the conclusion that weight is not as big of a deal to me since muscle weighs more than fat anyhow. To me, being strong and heavy and in good cardio shape is more important than what the scale says. Look at those football running backs, they are 5'10" and weight 220 pounds and they don't have an ounce of fat on them. They are in the best shape of anybody too.
