So I've been doing B'day things most of the day. But I'll get everything in this week. I just weighed in at 232.5. That's 3.5 lost for the week. Actually think I did much better except for the Birthday stuff today. Just plan ahead for the holidays. Or Just remember, It's OK to have 1 cheat meal a week. Just plan ahead for the Holidays
