Hey there guys, glad to see you doing this, like I said earlier, I have lost 80 lb's, it is not easy changing your life style, but it can be done. Some tips if you would like. Don't eat past 6:00 pm, gives your body time to digest your food,and your not sleeping on a full belly. Drink lots of water. A big trick for me was when I would feel hungry, I would drink a glass of water. Helps your stomach feel like it is full. If you drink soda, cut way down on it. I don't drink coffee, and when I was real heavy, I always had a soda. Now I have one in the morning,and that is it. Excercise, I know this sounds hard, but I made time to start running. You have to start slow,and don't overdo it, but this will be the fastest way to drop weight. People always say they don't have time. I made time. I run on my lunch, I run after dinner, the point is, I did it. Set some goals for yourself. I took a picture of myself with my shirt off, and everytime I had a moment of weekness, I would look at that picture. If there is anyway that I can help anyone, please ask me.
