Thought I might chime in here a bit. I've struggled my whole life with overeating. Not under-excercising, just eating too much. I've tried about everything there is to try, diet wise, and I really believe that Weight Watchers is the only way to do effectively. All of the rest just get ya down and you are left to go back up again. WW can be an ongoing thing. It helps you realize it's okay to occasionally cheat, and to eat what you want.....as long as you make up for it at some other time. Forget the meetings, just get the info on the program and do it yourself. You'll learn in short time what tastes good and how to use the system. I've been using it (it is the second time) and I'm down 21 lbs. I started June 10 at 255 and I'm at 234. Looking to reach 210 by December. Playing racquetball three times a week helps too!
