Now: 255 (Don't have a scale and thats what I weighed in at a couple of weeks ago, close enough?) 12/31/06: 225 (Think I can afford to lose more but try to lose this then go from there.) Does anyone have any good diet/exercise plans out there they could post up? I have tried making my own diet plan but get comfused when it says have so many of this and so many of that, etc. etc. Thanks
