Goal: Dont really want to set a goal, I'd like to get down to below 200 eventually. But that will be well beyond the end of the year![/quote:aayv00fv] Even 5 lbs a month can be challenging after the first one or two. So keep your goals realistic. What you have to do is figure out what it takes to achieve your goal, and see if it's worth the cost. If you go through that process thoughtfully, and after some reflection determine the goal is worth the cost, schedule it, and you'll get it done
But it's got to be your goal, not somebody elses, and it's got to be worth the price.
