i watched this video last month and it was very interesting seeing the string go to the sides of the rubber bumper. i just watched it again and the video buffered alot letting me see that the string hit on the right of the bumper and not in the center llike they say to set them up, this would cause the bumper to torque to the right and then bobble back and forth to allow the string to pass by the side. I have the old style with the limbsaver on it which is wider than the newer style. i haven't videod the string but i doubt it goes to the side. was the string initially set up in the center of the bumper or were you testing to see what would happen if someone set it up a little bit off?? [quote]dokvtk5dr8b30k5cddoxtnraiulz8zlr[/vid] Although the arrow only leaves the string 1/4" sooner than without the STS, we have noticed that the STS does reduce forward string travel after the arrow has left the string. You may find the string movement after the initial impact with the STS interesting.
