William Boyd has been enjoying archery for the past 30 years. He has competed at the pro level for the past 9 years. He competes in the Freestyle Limited Compound class. Some of his accomplishments include:
- 1996 – 1st Place Indoor National Champion
- 1997 – 1st Place Indoor National Champion
- 1998 1st Place – Indy Shoot Out – Olympic recurve
- 2000 – 1st Place and set World Record in IFAA Indoor World Championships
- 2000 – 1st Place Indoor National Champion
- 2001 – 1st Place Indoor National Champion
- 2002 – 1st Place Indoor National Champion
- 2002 – Only Pro to win Three Star Tour in the same year.
- 1st Place – Las Vegas
- 1st Place – Indoor Nationals
- 1st Place – Atlantic City Open
- 2003 – 1st Place – Indoor Nationals
- 2003 – 2nd Place – Las Vegas
- 2003 – 2nd Place – Atlantic City
- 2004 – 4th Place – Las Vegas
- 2004 – 3rd Place – Indoor Nationals
- 2004 – 2nd Place – Atlantic City
- 2005 – 2nd Place – Las Vegas

When William is not competing he enjoys hunting, camping and ATV sports.
