Pro Staff: Maurice Huggins

“I have always enjoyed archery, but in about 1990, my friend Gene Curry introduced me to tournament archery and I have been hooked ever since.”

Maurice enjoys meeting new people and seeing all of his old friends as he travels to different tournaments.  His advice to new archers is “Always be willing to listen, because we can all learn new things!”

In 2008, Maurice was the shooter of the year in the Senior division in the Texas ASA, and in 2011 he received lifetime membership for ASA at the Paris tournament in 2011.  Maurice competes in the Senior Open division and shoots a Conquest Triumph, Apex 8, Apex, and an MR7.
