Jack Wallace II has been on the Mathews Pro Staff since 1997. He was born in 1975 and started shooting at age 7 with the help of his father, Jack Sr. He is currently shooting the Mathews Z7 Xtreme.
“I am not a ‘spot shooter’,” Jack says, “I am a 3D guy and a hunter. So, when I got my new Z7 Xtreme and set it up with my hunting sight, arrows and release, I never imagined I would be able to shoot a clean ’300′ round (30 arrows, each one in the ten ring of a Vegas Target). I couldn’t believe a hunting bow this compact and this fast could do something like that. Thanks Mathews, you’ve done it again!”
As a Professional archer, he has won the following titles:
- 2010 Southern Alabama IBO Champion
- 2002 IBO National Champion
- IBO World Championship twice (2001, 2002)
- IBO Triple Crown National Championship (2001, 2002)
- IBO Shooter of the Year (2003)
- ASA all time 12 score record (448 with 26 rings)
- ASA Shooter of the Year (1996)
- Numerous other national titles
When not shooting and competing, Jack enjoys hunting, fishing, and exercising.
