Brandon’s father and grandfather both hunted and passed the tradition on to him. Brandon then took it to the tournament level and now spends his time doing what he can to help new archers get into and stay involved in archery. He always tries to make himself available in order to do his part to benefit the archery community. One way he does this is by participating as a University Archery coach at Liberty University, an evangelical college in his area. He’s also a level two certified NASP instructor.
Brandon’s hobbies include Whitetail hunting, competitive archery, spending time with his family and friends, golfing and bow-fishing.
“If you are fortunate enough to take someone less fortunate with you hunting or shooting, give them the opportunity to enjoy archery. Make a difference in their life. Do something that you love.”
“The only pressure in the sport of archery is the pressure you put on yourself!” Says Brandon. “Practice makes perfect. I try and practice every day in order to stay sharp.”
Brandon Reyes’ personal testimony regarding Mathews bows and Zebra strings:
“When I am in the field or on the line, I trust nothing but my Mathews bows. Zebra’s Barracuda line of bowstrings have never let me down, you too should trust what the Pro’s use, Zebra!”
