I Shoot Mathews

Nice 8 Point

i just got settled into my treestand at about 3 pm that afternoon. I heard a noise off to my right and standing in my shooting lane was a nice 8 point looking right at me. He and I must of stared at each other for 5 mins. I had my hand on my bow, but could not move. finally he turned to walk away. I quickly stood with my Mathews bow in one motion was at full draw looking at the rear end of a nice deer. The deer turned and walked right into my lane again and I let my arrow go. 39 yard shot right ware i need to be. The deer still run over a 100 yards. This is the largest deer I have taken with a bow.
