New SCI #2 Non-Typical Black Tail

October 25, 2008 by Richard Kowski

I love my Mathew’s LD (I am 6′ 5″ & it fits me perfectly) & it helped me take my 70th & best California Black Tail. Black Tails are the hardest buck to hunt, more than any North American deer because they are extremely nocturnal, you can’t hunt them during rut, you can’t hunt them under bait, they have inconsistent patterns & they are hunted 24/7 by mountain lions. I challenge any Mathew’s pro staff to come out west & try to bag a trophy buck. I know the Mathew’s bow is up to the challenge, but are they???? http://www.scifirstforhunters.org/members/RB/view_topten.cfm?specID=M44
