On the second weekend of the Wisconsin bow hunt I used my new Mathews Mathews LXthat I had purchased in June to arrow the first deer I saw of the young season. He was an overweight brute that had 9 points with a 17" inside spread and he had a dressed weight of 230 pounds. No doubt he was adding to his girth, preparing for the up coming rut. First deer I saw, my first trophy deer taken with my first Mathews. Awesome!!!
