On October 5 I was amazed to see this 150 class buck chasing a doe so early in the season. I was sitting on a creek bottom when I was able to stop him, and get a five yard shot, with my Mathews LX. The buck only ran sixty yards. The buck tipped the scale at 275 pounds; I guess that is what you get with an early season buck.
