2008 Arizona Archery Antelope
After two days of sitting in a blind in 90+ degree temps I decided to try my hand at spot and stalk. Early in the afternoon on the third day I crested a hilltop on my belly and spotted a nice buck bedded under a tree about 150 yards away, after about 45 minutes of stalking I arrived at the only decent cover in the area 48 yards from the buck. Still unaware I ranged him again, drew back and gave a short bleat to stand him up, he did and the Drenalin did it’s job sending an an arrow just behind the shoulder. The buck ran 20 yards and expired.
