1st Canadian Moose
I got this Great Canadian Moose on Thursday, September 22, 2011 @ 8:10 AM in Western Alberta, Shot 31 yards, Ran 40 – 50 yards and he died 10 yards from my Treestand. I was hunting with Savage Encounters (Caroline , Alberta) I was using a 2011 Mathews Conquest Triumph Bow, Beman Arrows with Slick Trick Broadheads. It was the 5 th morning of a 6 day hunt and the bull came right in after 3 cow calls. What an experience, needless to say that I was shaking in the treestand before and after the fatal shot.
