My Mathews Moment shares our proposal and an unforgettable wedding present!
HILLY AND THE MATHEWS MAN
This exciting video starts out with a beginner shooter named "Hilly" who can't hit the broadside of a barn and that makes him extremely mad. So he decides to get a brand new Z7 which turned him into a obsessive complusive Mathews freak. Enjoy!
Not the Right Angle!
Had chance at largest Florida buck I've seen in 30 years of Florida bowhunting. This buck came out and would only give me a front chest shot. Although camera angle is good I was standing up and did not think the shot angle was ethical and just didn't want to risk wounding this P and Y buck. Plus with 2 months of season left I thought we would meet again.
4 Generations & Counting...
I'm grateful for this opportunity to not only share some awesome Mathews Moments but also thankful to celebrate the relationships that allow this tradition to live on.
In addition to the public use music I would like to give a special thanks to Mcpherson Guitars for sharing some of the music backgrounds.
2 Arrows, 2 Bears, 1 Passion
I purchased one of the first Passions at a trade show in VA in Aug 09. It was signed by both Tiffany and Lee Lakosky and on top of it all I got to meet them. In 2009 the first arrow released from my Passion helped me to harvest my first Black Bear. The very next season and the very next arrow released from my Passion I harvested a second bigger black bear.
Nandy's Mathews Moment
My wife would always want me to spend time with her during deer season. I told her to get a bow and start hunting. That's exactly what she did. With in a few months she was shooting very well and the fourth time in the woods she killed a nice 9pt buck. Now she can't wait fro deer season to get here so she can go hunting. She now has "Buck Fever".
My B&C Mathews Moment
I first saw the buck I named "G3" on July 28 2010 in our soybeans. During the weeks prior to the opening of Kentucky's archery season I was able to capture dozens of images of the buck on my trail cameras. On September 27th I spooked the big buck as I lowered my Mathews Switchback XT from my treestand. The next evening I was lucky enough to have "G3" find his way to a small pile of C'Mere Deer I had poured below a different stand on the other end of our farm. With only five minutes of legal shooting light left I had my Mathews Moment!
My Z7 Buck...And all that goes with it!
I bought a brand new Z7 before my 2010 season. It ended up being my best one yet. I harvested a number of deer with the best bow I have ever shot. And surprisingly I harvested my best buck to date. It is the memories that were made this past year with friends and family that I will cherish for a lifetime!
