NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THIS PROMOTION IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.) AND CANADA, AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. THIS PROMOTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. 1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, Canada and the District of Columbia.  The following are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Mathews, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion).
2. PROMOTION SCHEDULE: You (“Entrant”) may enter the Promotion between 4:00:01 pm Central Time (“CT”) on 11/16/09 and 11:59:59 pm CT on 08/02/10 (“Promotion Period”).
3. ENTRY PERIODS: The Promotion consists of one (1) entry periods (“Entry Period”), one (1) finalists internal and public voting review (“Finalists Voting”) and one (1) finalist voting by public to determine winner (“Grand Prize Winner Voting”), as outlined in the table below.

4. TO ENTER: The Promotion consists of one (1) individual Entry Period to determine the finalists and one (1) public voting to determine the winners based out of the finalists.

   To enter online, you must first register for the Promotion.  To register for free, log on to www.mathewsinc.com (“Web Site”).  Click on the “My Mathews Moment" in the navigation bar (through BowLife) and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit a registration form.  For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the “Submit” button on the registration page.  Limit six (6) submissions per person per email address via the Promotion. 

   For All Entries: Entrants agree that the Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Promotion and that all decisions are final and binding.

   Any non-personal information, communications or material you submit to Mathews at this Site, by e-mail, download, or otherwise (“Submission”), is non-confidential, and Mathews is free to use and reproduce such Submission freely, and for any purpose. Specifically, Mathews is free to use any ideas or concepts contained in any such Submission for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, advertising and marketing products. Any such use is without compensation to the person submitting. If Mathews accepts your submission and specifically agrees to keep it confidential or not use it, nevertheless, Mathews does not waive any rights it may have to similar or related ideas previously known to Mathews or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

   You further acknowledge and warrant that the Submission contains only your own material and content or material and content that you have undeniable rights to use, and that Mathews use will not violate any third party's rights.  Consent of other people involved in Submission must be given either orally or by writing to the one submitting material.  Anyone under the age of 18 years must have parental/ guardian release in writing to participate in Submission.

   Mathews is under no obligation to use any Submission.

5. WINNER SELECTION, PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
   
   GRAND PRIZE CONTEST WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE:
   GRAND PRIZE CONTEST WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE: The Entrant who has the highest public voting during the Finalist Voting will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The second through seventh most votes will determine the rest of the winners.

   One (1) Grand Prize: an all expense paid hunt with Dave Watson, to be featured on Mathews TV.  Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare OR mileage reimbursement for one (1) (winner) from major airport near Winner’s residence in the United States OR from Winner’s residence, to hunt location (TBD); transportation to and from the airport and hunt location.  Hunt is subject to Dave Watson’s availability, and must take place by 12/30/2011.  Actual value of trip will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations.  Air transportation provided only if grand prize winner does not reside within 100 miles of hunt location.  Trip is subject to air travel, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions.   Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.  Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.  If grand prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses.  Grand prize winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All meals, gratuities additional ground transfers, transportation, excursions, insurance, incidentals, departure, airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner.  If Grand Prize winner cannot take Trip in conjunction with such dates/times, he/she has will be awarded a substitute prize of a Mathews Z7 with Arrow Rest and Quiver.

   One (1) Second Place Winner: A Mathews Z7 (1) (winner) $879 ARV. 

   Five (5) Third- Seventh Place Winners: Mathews logowear and/or Mathews accessories (ARV $50 to $119)

   ENTRY PERIOD DRAWINGS WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:
   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period.  Non-winning entries from each Entry Period Drawing will not be carried over into subsequent Entry Period Drawings.
   
   

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Limit one (1) registered unique user ID per person/email address. If an Entrant registers under multiple unique user IDs, then Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may void any entries made by such Entrant. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prizes, and winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of their prize. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No cash equivalent or substitution of prizes is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prizes will be permitted. Any difference between the ARV as stated herein and the actual ARV at the time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and Promotion Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions (available at www.mathewsinc.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Prizes won by an eligible Entrant who is a minor in his/her jurisdictional residence will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process and to prosecute any such individual to the fullest extent permissible by law, and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event Sponsor exercises it rights of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all salvageable, eligible entries received prior to (or if applicable, after) any such cancellation, modification, or suspension, or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts for Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. In case of a dispute over the identity of the Entrant who submitted a winning entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
   
   
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants must have a valid e-mail address.  No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from user's participation in, attempt to participate in the Promotion, download of any information in connection with participating in the Promotion.  No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences, without limitation, that may affect the operation of the Promotion: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties for entries in excess of any stated limits, entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for entries that are illegible, late, mutilated, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, garbled, mechanically duplicated and mass machine printed, postage-due, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such entries will be disqualified.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site.  Use of Web Site is at user’s own risk.  Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site.  By participating in the Promotion, Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.  By accepting a prize, recipient agrees that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize; from cancellation of the hunt; from participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize.  Except where prohibited by law, winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation.  If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   
   

8. RELATED ISSUES: Although Mathews may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, Forum postings, and the like on the Site (“Postings”) and affiliated sites (i.e. YouTube), Mathews is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such Posting, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information within such Postings on the Site or affiliated sites.

   You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Mathews will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Mathews to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. Mathews may remove Postings at any time, and for any reason.
