I have a Z7 extreme that is cutting the string serving in two diffrent places. The first place it is cutting is where the string comes off the top wheel headed to the cable rollers, and then is cutting the same string in the cable roller. This bow has been chewing up strings since day one. I have had the string reserved before but it needs it again. The bow will also not shoot fixed blade broad heads with proper arrow spine and fletchings. I have also compared my z7 extreme to othere z7 extremes and the angle of the cales on mine is much more severe. What could be the problem and what will Mathews do to fix it?

Hard  to tell what the problem is without seeing the bow. Could have some bad rollers on it. They will probably send you a new roller gaurd first to see if that fixes the problem. Or they might have it sent back to mathews to have it looked at.
