    I think he is 3 1/2 no more than 4 1/2. If you have to second guess weather to shoot or not I would say pass, but if you would put him on the wall then go for it. :)

    Definitely! Lots of points give him great character, even though not lots of mass. Put him down. :thumbup

    I hunt michigan and have never seen that many pts. where I have hunted public land for years. I let him walk. :^o

    I would shot that buck and be very pleased with doing so.

    If he walked by me next year, or the next, I’d shoot him too!

    I’d have to say shoot him with a camera this year and you’ll be happy to see his growth next season. Always easy to say however.

    Depends on what your after. If you haven’t ever shot a buck with your bow, I’d say definitely. If you have, maybe. If your after meat, let him go and shoot a doe. :thumbup If your after something to mount, then no way. I know there are bigger deer in Kansas, so if you have the time to wait, I would. He is young, and he looks very healthy. With the right nutrition, he should be a lot bigger next year. The way he is now though, I’d shoot him just like you did, with a camera. :D Great pics and good luck this season.

    For sure :D Looks like a good buck to me :thumbup He would make a good first bow harvest for me.
