    anyone know any good ideas for cooking dove. I know you can grill or fry them, but does anyone know any special recipes? Please help me out thanks

    Season them with some salt,pepper and garlic. Wrap in bacon strip. Stick some slices of jalopenos between the bacon and breast. Place them on the grill and baste them with onion butter. With a plate full of those and a cold one makes for happy tummy. [:thumbup]

    I think the cold one is the highlight of the meal!!! Thanks for the input….still got some in the freezer. need to do something with them

    I wrap in bacon, smother in my favorite BBQ sauce and bake ‘em.

    Before you do anything with a lot of them try some different things with just a couple.. My favorite way to fix them is marinate them over night in Italian dressing then grill them ..Start with the bone down and dont over do them.. Closest thing to steak I have seen.[:D]
