Which youth bow would you, or have you bought to start your kids? I’m getting anxious to make a purchase for my soon to be 9 year old son. Back yard fun, then maybe get into 3D together.
These are some of the bows I’m looking at.
    Please explain your choice[/u:1xvdcryx].
    Thank you.[/color:1xvdcryx]

I picked the Browning Micro Midas because it is a great bow. Lots of speed and forgiveness all in a small package. I want you to know that I haven’t tried the other bows, and since buying the Browning I have become a Mathews man. My wife and my kids love the MM though. I suggest you let him shoot them all and figure out which one he likes the most. :thumbup :D

    Hoyt Rintec

    for three reasons

    1. Alot of Draw length Adjustability with out swaping out cams or modules(Some companies are missing the boat in this department for our kids)

    2. Quality

    3. Grip, so much easier for a small kid to handle

There is a guy on Archerytalk that has a few for sale right now

That said, My 11 year old shoots a Hoyt Lazertec (not a kids bow) for the same reasons above…Plenty of room to grow with…He also shoots well with it…Just ask Mozartsmusic (Scott) ;)

Mathews ignition would be my second choice
