Which is a better overall show
in other words which would you rather see when you turn the tv on?

Man Vs. Wild with Bear Grylls
or Survivor man with Les something or other

personally I voted for survivor man because Les doesn’t take with him a camera crew or a magnesium firestarter [=}=]

AND Les does not kill everything he comes in contact with. I saw Bear in one episode killl a snake, a catfish, and an alligator. [-X Most of the animals were left to waste too ](*,)

I like MvW just for the sake of comedy. Moves a little faster too, and at that time of night my brain needs all the help it can get.

If Bear and I were stranded I would kill and eat him and trust my own survival skills. :^O

Les is the man, Bear is an idiot.

If I were in a survival situation, I’d take Bear over Les any day.

I think they are both a little far fetched at times. They both always seem to find or have just what they need at a certain time. I enjoy watching both though and you do learn something every now and then. You just never know what Bear will eat or do. Plus, he moves the whole time so you see more.

Man vs. Wild for me. Bears show is more geared towards getting out. Les’ show is geared towards staying alive if your stranded. Bear can’t very well carry 200 lbs of camera gear when he is on the move like that. Although I’ll give Les credit. He halls alot of his stuff around.

Like I said in another post, Bear summited Everest which isnt that big of deal so it seems these days. I read his book and just gained a respect for him that you wouldn’t get from his tv show. [=}=]

PAcritter did raise a good point about killing alot of animals though.

I like to watch both. :thumbup

I think Les’ techniques would keep you alive longer. Better chance of survival and being found. Bear is good at what he does, for the average person, his techniques would get you killed. But he has a lot of scenario instances which could help save your life also.

    I wouldnt want their job :^O :^O :^O :^O

    I agree MvW for me.

Les is boring and his show is still fake it just hasn’t come out yet like Bear.
