    Shot placement indeed is important, but once the arrow hits the mark it needs to do the work.

    So, location alone doesn’t fully dictate success.

    Many setups are a bit lacking in having any margin for error.

    While I think Dr. Ashby’s articles of some merit, I also think they are a bit biased. He’s running optimized (non normal) trad bow setups against normal compound user setups.

    Don’t care for his wrap up in the 11-09 issue of TB. Shows a strong political bias IMHO.
