    I had the brutal realization today that I am way out of shape. We had a fight at school today and after we had the main two kids seperated, one of the little punks ran on me! I hate runners! I chased him down but I was way to winded for the distance I covered. #-o #-o #-o

    Anyway, it looks like I’m going to have to start up on the cardio and try to work back into the weight room as well!

    Just checking in, glad to see all the success as far as weight loss goes, mine is down to 207, I started at 245 last thanksgiving and I hope to keep going archery season is a big help check back in after season good luck all :thumbup

    228 this morning, down from 236 at the start.

    I haven’t been exercising to the extent I would like, but I’m building up. The back is improving greatly. I’m doing yoga for an hour in the a.m. Power walking for 45 minutes twice a day, and a dumbell workout in the evening.

    Oatmeal for breakfast, dried fruit mid-morning, along the lines of a salad with grilled chicken for lunch, raw veggies mid-afternoon, something light for dinner, and soy-nuts or fruit around 9 pm. Plus a gallon of water a day.

    I think the early weight comes easy, but as I ramp up my workouts, hopefully I can sustain the rate of loss.

    The biggest test will be hunting camp. WAAAYYYYYY too much food there.

    Of course, there is no way in heck I’m telling anyone how much I weigh (at least not yet), but I lost 3/4 of a pound at my weigh in last night. I’m now down 15.5 pounds.

    I’m adding as much movement as possible in my kindergarten and 1st grade music classes so I can get in the workouts I can’t do at home. Last year, I didn’t have to leave until 7:15. This year, I’m getting to work at 7:15! I was planning to do 30 on the treadmill every other morning, but that’s not happening.

    Great job all. I am now up at 5am everyday to hit the gum before work. Cardio three days a week lifting two days. My weight loss has leveled off for now, but I am feeling great. There is that occasional morning I have to really drag my butt out of bed. But I remind myself of what I am trying to do and off I go. 8D

    went to the doc, gotta take it easy until the meds start to work #-o #-o weighed in at 231 in the docs office.

    I am now officially down 17 1/2 pounds. My next mini-goal isn’t until Christmas, but it’s only 7 1/2 pounds away, so I should get there by Thanksgiving at the latest.
