Now that`s a goal! We`re here for ya man :D[/quote:38wtjhtl]

Thanks Brett… I really do appreciate the support.
First step is not ripping the refrigerator door off at night and caving to my craving.
So far, so good. :) :)

Best of luck to everyone in reaching their goals, :thumbup :thumbup

Ya Dave the night time cravings are the worst part for me too. I have been eating sugar free jello when I get the cravings.

I’m a lifetimer at Weight Watchers. I got rid of 100 pounds and have kept it off for 15 years. i went from three packs a day and being the couch potat they wrote the book about. I went to riding a bicycle and my current bike . . . a Trek 720 Multi Track has more than 47,000 miles.

Take it from me the health benefits are well worth it but we still have to pay the price for out less than healthy lifestyles . . . I did.[/quote:10a2fpmj]

I’ve been a little lax on putting this together, but Monday Night I’ll have something ready to go.

I totally forgot to post that I lost 3/4 pound at my weigh in on Monday last week. Since Monday is a holiday, I don’t have to weigh in this week. That doesn’t mean I’m slacking off, it just mean I have an extra week to get more off.

You guys have it so much easier than us ladies. You can drop 50 pounds in 5 months and it’s no big deal. Because of the way we are built, it can take a year or more to lose that same amount. Considering I have 100 pounds I’m working with, I’m looking at 2 years at best. At least I can get some wear out of my clothes before I drop to a new size!

Okay, I’ve got the DB basically built. Have to populate it still. When I said I’d get it done today, I forgot today is the wife’s B’day. So I’ve been doing B’day things most of the day. But I’ll get everything in this week.

I just weighed in at 232.5. That’s 3.5 lost for the week. Actually think I did much better except for the Birthday stuff today. The next problem days are Anniversary, Thanksgiving, Office Christmas Party, and Christmas Eve and Day.

Im right at 6′ and 195 right now. I really don’t care to lose any weight, but I do need to get my butt in gear and start lifting weights again and running. The strength is what I am looking to achieve here and just being in better shape.

I’ve come to the conclusion that weight is not as big of a deal to me since muscle weighs more than fat anyhow. To me, being strong and heavy and in good cardio shape is more important than what the scale says.

Look at those football running backs, they are 5’10″ and weight 220 pounds and they don’t have an ounce of fat on them. They are in the best shape of anybody too.

Good luck to everybody and I hope you all achieve your goals. :hugs [=}=] :thumbup
