    Down now to 231 from 266 since August 10th. I need new pants! Mh shorts hit the ground the other day as I was carrying in the groceries! :shock: My wife got a good laugh! She is down 15 also! :X

    But for what it’s worth, I’m at 225 now… down from 266.5

    OK, I’m now at 216… at least, I am in the morning! :D
    So 50lbs!! I’m proud of myself actually!
    You ever pick up a 50lb bumb bell? It’s friggin heavy!
    I cant believe that I lost that much since August 8th.

    Thanks ya’ll! I appreciate that! I sure do feel better!
    My cholesterol went from 257 to 103, I did start taking meds for that, but Zocor didnt drop it that far!
    Also my BP dropped to 96/60 with about a 60 pulse…
    My wife dragged me into this program, She saved my life, i’m sure of that! :X

    Still at 50lbs down… gained a few over the holidays ](*,)
    But back on track and I lost that.
    We bought an elliptical last night, I’m puttin it together tonite after work.

    [font=comic sans ms]As hard as it is to loose weight I will say that last year during the archery hunt I lost 30 pounds from hiking before the hunt since the archery hunt ended I quit being as active and gained it all back. :cry: So now I have started my hiking and wandering around early this year since it’s time to start looking for antlers again and I’m hoping I can continue this and keep my weight of by not gining up. when my weight was off my blood sugar was in control now it’s wacked. It’s easy to say that tomorrow i’ll go hiking but when tomorrow gets there it’s a whole different story. Maybe I need Alan to move out here and keeep me motivated!!![/color:1zwuyn7w][/size:1zwuyn7w][/font]

    I’ve Been Way off track lately with the New Business and such,,No time for Myself…I’ve started Cutting Down on Everything,,Watching What I eat,getting More sleep and trying to get more walking in the woods…Going to start back to the Gym on Monday,,Not going Hog wild like I’ve done in the past with the weights,Just some Good Medium wight,Enogh to get toned up.. :thumbup

    I started working out the end of January over my lunch hour. I started at 211 and would like to see 194 (That’s the most the bmi “says” I should weigh). Portion control has been huge and I’ve pretty much killed my sugar habit. I’ve also quite coffee and seldom have a diet pop anymore. It tell you what that sure levels out my energy during the day. I used to have such peaks and valleys I think I drove people crazy! I wanted to do all of this because I went out for my last bow hunt and couldn’t believe my struggle to walk a 1/4 mile through the snow!

    Down to 198! hoping to hit 194 by the opener 5 weeks away. This has really been a fun journey getting back into shape and I encourage all of you out there to get back at it, or start new if you never where. The 3 exercises that I do primarily are: Squats, dead lifts and pull ups. I’m really trying to work my core muscles to make my hunting easier and safer. I’m not 25 anymore and I don’t hang out in bars so I really don’t care about big pipes, but rolling around on the floor with my kids and reminding myself that I’ll have to wrestle them when I’m 55 is quiet motivating! 8D

    Started at 250 back in mid August ….down to 209 right now….Doc says my fighting weight is 201….I feel 100% better believe me :thumbup
    60lb Reezen 7.0 LH maxed @ 61lbs. Beman ICS Hunter 340 w/blazers, 125 grain Rocket Steelhead, QAD Pro Hunter rest.
