Using the tenderloins, dice the meat up into 1/2″ cubes, slice up potatoes and onions and green peppers, pour some cooking oil in the pan and add the meat, potatoes, onions and peppers to the pan, add spices (garlic salt, black pepper, fajita seasoning) and stir fry it up till it is browned, then put a lid on the pan and simmer until it’s good and done. I usually simmer until the potatoes are getting a little mushy. Heat up some tortillas and make flour fajitas out of it, topped with some picante sauce, it makes a feast that not only tastes great and is tender as all get out, but it smells up the house nice for the evening too!
