• 1 pound ground venison
• 1 can kidney beans
• 1 can butter beans
• 1 can pork and beans
• 1/2 pound bacon
• 1/2 large onion chopped
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1/2 cup ketchup.
In a frying pan sprayed with vegetable oil, brown the ground venison.
Remove from pan and put in a large oven-safe casserole dish.
Next, fry the bacon until crisp.
Drain off the excess grease. Cool, crumble and add to the cooked venison.
Finally, add all of the other ingredients to the casserole, blending together well.
Put into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for one hour.
