Trouble adding Bows to the bow locker

I dont know where this thread should go, but I am having trouble adding my bows to the bow locker. I go thru all the steps and I see the phrase bow successfully added then I go to the my mathews home page and my bow locker us empty.. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Please help

Yes, I have 1 bow that has stayed there and 1 that seems to come and go as it pleases.

Hi DanF, well I have added my bows several times and the same thing happens every time.. If you look at my bow locker it may show that I have several bows but I am only supposed to have two in there.. Well thanks again and take care

Same here, I add my bow, come back later and its gone, no bow at all.
